Solar Sales Advisor - Appointment Setting position to start, training from top sales earners to progress in the role.

Overview: As a Sales Representative at MAG, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and our comprehensive services. You'll identify potential clients, present customized energy solutions, and guide them through the transition to a more sustainable lifestyle.

Pay: An average sales representative makes CA$70,000.00-CA$180,000.00. Uncapped commission earning potential.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outside/remote sales activities to generate leads and close sales deals.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

- Fluent in English to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create strategies for expanding market reach.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain customer records.

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Business development acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
