Job descriptionGraduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses. Current full practicing licensure with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Current First Aid and CPR certification. A competitive salary : $32.84-$41.87 per hour, in accordance with provincial wage levelling. Shift Schedule : Day / Evening / Night
Shift Times : 8 hour shifts

We’re looking for compassionate, skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about providing quality, person-centered care and being part of a supportive team environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide safe, resident-focused nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards and Village policy.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the RN and care team.
- Support and mentor care staff while fostering teamwork and respect.
- Document care and maintain accurate, timely records.
- Participate in safety initiatives, staff education, and quality improvement efforts.
