Competitive salary

Assignment Duration : 2 months (Possibility of extension)

Tasks they may be doing for brokerage office
- Corporate searches
- Calling other brokerages for market info
- Zoning searches
- Title searches
- Contact databasing
- Taking property photos
- Creating listing surveys
- Demographic reports
- Geowarehouse reports
Qualifications
Must Have Skills : Attention to detail
Being able to organize themselves, track urgency
Nice to have skills :
Very helpful if they have a car and driver license
If they have experience working at a real estate company
Years of Experience :
