Make an impact with our Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) team as a Senior Manager. This diverse team of professionals delivers customized tax strategies within a complex and dynamic regulatory framework. As a trusted advisor, you'll ensure clients capitalize on opportunities to receive government support for innovation by identifying eligible projects and navigating the multitude of government incentive programs and funding opportunities available.

Responsibilities
- Work with client finance departments (CFO's, controllers) at Technology, Life Science, and Manufacturing companies conducting leading edge Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) activities. Review Financial Statements, General Ledgers, Trial Balances, T2, and other client source information to maximize the SR&ED tax credits.
- Interface and work together with MNP's SR&ED team members to prepare and review SR&ED claims
- Assist clients in identifying and determining eligible expenditures under the SR&ED Tax Credit program
- Gather supporting documentation and evidence of experimentation sufficient to satisfy the requirements of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
- Manage multiple clients; deliver projects on time and on budget
- Interact with peers, clients, Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) representatives as needed
- Interest and experience in business development and marketing MNP SR&ED services to existing and prospective clients
- Work on special projects with SR&ED partners / leadership
