About the Role
As a Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery teams by conducting in-depth candidate research, managing project deliverables, and contributing to proposal development. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
You will collaborate closely with Associates, Principals, and Partners as they deliver for their clients. You’ll support this group as though it’s your own client, whose candidate identification needs will vary across a range of unique industries and functions. You will be responsible for synthesizing information, developing targeted prospect lists for executive search assignments, and maintaining research management systems. Your insights will directly contribute to the recruitment and successful onboarding of high-profile executives.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, and executives to support search assignments.
- Develop targeted candidate lists based on varying levels of search complexity :
- Basic : List-building for well-established searches where comparable precedents exist.
- Intermediate : Searches with new functional / geographical elements, but some existing precedent.
- Expert : Complex, specialized searches with no prior basis.
- Gather intelligence on sector trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes to support business development efforts.
- Assist in proposal development by compiling search experience lists, historical data, and industry insights.
