Job descriptionManage the monthly close process for global business units. Analyze financial and operational results, explaining variances. Prepare and analyze consolidated weekly cash forecasts. Serve as the primary online bank administrator for the global Group. Draft annual consolidated financial statements. Oversee the audit process and liaise with auditors. Drive automation initiatives for efficiency and accuracy. Implement internal financial controls and support transfer pricing policy. Coordinate annual insurance renewal process and support financing solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of relevant and progressive work experience. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and building financial models. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of financial controls, consolidation, and reporting. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with global teams. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications. MBA or CFA designation is a plus. Experience with data management and consolidation tools.
