Position Overview
Rockport Commercial Inc. is experiencing substantial growth. To support a major influx of new projects coming up our development pipeline, we are looking for a strategic Project Manager to join our expanding construction management division. You will work alongside our current Project Manager and coordinate directly with our field team of active Site Supervisors to deliver premier multi-family and commercial developments across Winnipeg.
Because Rockport self-performs nearly all major scopes—encompassing Excavation, Concrete, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Drywall, and Labourers—our project management style is deeply collaborative. Rather than simply managing third-party contracts, you will manage internal budgets and build macro schedules in close consultation with our division Trade Managers.
