The Volunteer’s Role
In this role, you'll be instrumental in amplifying our impact and effectiveness. We're excited to embark on an initiative to develop a robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) framework. This approach is designed to meticulously track project progress, uphold transparency and accountability in our implementation efforts, and gather valuable lessons for ongoing improvement. Your contribution will include training staff in MEAL methodologies, enabling stakeholder feedback mechanisms, and harnessing insights for strategic planning and resource allocation. Together, we will enhance our ability to achieve results and disseminate best practices across all our programs. Join us to make a meaningful difference!
As a volunteer, you will :
- Develop tools and systems for data collection and monitoring.
- Train staff on data collection protocols and techniques.
- Design and conduct baseline, mid-term, and end-line evaluations.
- Analyze data to assess project outcomes and impact; produce evaluation reports with recommendations.
- Implement feedback and accountability mechanisms, including beneficiary input.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing through workshops, platforms, and documentation of lessons learned.
