About Our Family
We are a busy and ambitious family with a high-energy 2.5-year-old son who keeps our home
lively and full of activity. As parents, we balance multiple professional projects and
responsibilities while also focusing on our health, happiness and the goals we are building for
our family. This season of life is full and meaningful, but it can also be nonstop between parenting, work
commitments and the daily responsibilities of maintaining a cared-for home while providing a
nurturing, educational, fun environment for our child to learn in and grow. We are looking for
someone who can help create structure and support across our household so that we can
reclaim more time for ourselves, our family connection and the things that matter most.
Our goal is to find someone who becomes a trusted extension of our home and family. We
value warmth, professionalism and someone who truly enjoys working with children and
supporting a family in a private home environment. We are hoping to build a long-term
relationship with someone who takes pride in their work and is excited to grow alongside our
family over time.
Who You Are
You are a professional, warm and grounded individual who enjoys supporting families and
creating a calm, well-run household. You have expertise balancing childcare, home
management and meal preparation, and you move comfortably between these responsibilities
throughout the day. Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus.
You are discreet, reliable and bring healthy boundaries to your work while maintaining a positive
and collaborative relationship built on transparency with the family you support. You take
initiative and are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with parents to
create systems, routines and structure that help to elevate the household to run efficiently and
smoothly.
You genuinely enjoy working with children and understand the rhythm of life with a young family.
You are patient, creative and nurturing in your approach to childcare, familiar with (and excited
about) modern, emotionally-attuned approaches to supporting and guiding children (especially
in these formative early years). Experience or interest in early childhood education is a plus.
You are organized, systems-oriented and tech-savvy with a mindset focused on operations and
problem solving. You are someone who naturally notices what needs attention and takes
ownership of tasks so that the parents can focus on their work, their family and their well-being.
You enjoy looking after the day-to-day and enjoy looking ahead to predict future needs and plan
for them in advance.
Most importantly, you are seeking a long-term role where you can build trust, contribute
meaningfully and grow with a family as a collaborative support system.
