Receiving and validating the physical certificates / DRS statement
Enter the certificates / DRS information in Tracker, CDS and DTS systems
Sending securities to various Transfer Agents and companies
Journal entries
Data Processor - MS Excel - Securities Deposit Entry – Mandatory Skills
High School Graduate
2+years strong Data Processing (alpha and numeric) experience using MS Excel
Well versed with MS Word
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
Physical Certificate Transfer / Physical certificate deposit
Data Processor - MS Excel - Securities Deposit Entry - Nice to Have Skills
CSC Certification is an asset
Physical / DRS security knowledge is an asset
