Your Customer Records Processor responsibilities:
- Review and process documents and emails to claims and/or employer account files
- Input information into WCB computer systems
- Prepare and process batches by date, time, and priority of form type
- Catalogue batches for archiving and retrieval
Your experience and skills:
- A high school diploma and experience related to data verification and processing (data entry)
- Records management courses are considered an asset
- Basic knowledge of medical anatomy and terminology is an asset
- Previous office experience, data entry, and information management is an asset
- Computer skills are essential with accurate alphanumeric keyboarding
- Reliability, time management, attention to detail, customer service and teamwork are integral to this position

Salary: $45,642.25 per annum
This position is temporary for a period of up to six months with the possibility of extension or permanency. Candidate prequalification testing is required for all shortlisted candidates. Candidates will be tested for speed and accuracy, requiring a minimum performance of 30WPM and between 3500 – 4200 KSPH. Successful candidates for this position will be required to undergo a security clearance as a mandatory condition of employment.
Positions are available in the Edmonton and Calgary locations. Successful candidate(s) must reside in Alberta and be able to work in person as required by their position. This position is eligible for future hybrid and successful candidates will be expected to work in-office as scheduled (subject to change).
