Job description

Description

:

Role Summary

The Process & AI Change Manager leads the delivery of change management activities for digital, process, and AI‑enabled initiatives, with a primary focus on Microsoft Copilot adoption. The role applies established change management practices to help teams embed AI into everyday workflows, driving sustained behaviour change and measurable business outcomes.

This role is responsible for shaping and executing change interventions that move teams from experimentation to consistent, effective use of Copilot.

Key Accountabilities

Change & Adoption Delivery

  • Lead end‑to‑end change management activities for moderately complex initiatives, including AI and Copilot‑enabled transformations

  • Translate strategy into practical change actions that embed Copilot into day‑to‑day work and processes

  • Design and deliver adoption mechanisms such as working sessions, Copilot Labs, and targeted enablement activities

Stakeholder & Facilitation Leadership

  • Lead and influence diverse stakeholders across business, technology, learning, and communications

  • Facilitate hands‑on workshops and working sessions focused on real workflows, real problems, and practical outcomes

  • Provide clear recommendations based on customer and employee experience, adoption risk, and business value

Measurement, Risk & Governance

  • Partner with sponsors and business owners to define adoption measures focused on behaviour change and realized outcomes

  • Identify and manage change risks, including those related to AI usage, data, and process impacts

  • Ensure all change activities align with enterprise frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory requirements

Capability & Thought Leadership

  • Maintain strong, hands‑on understanding of how Microsoft Copilot and AI tools work in practice

  • Provide thought leadership on AI‑enabled change and adoption best practices

  • Support team capability building through knowledge sharing and mentorship

Breadth & Depth

  • Acts as the change management lead for initiatives of significant scale and complexity, including enterprise AI adoption

  • Operates independently with minimal day‑to‑day direction; exercises sound judgement in ambiguous situations

  • Serves as a subject matter expert in change management and AI adoption, advising senior stakeholders

Experience & Education

  • Undergraduate degree and relevant Change Management accreditation(s)

  • 7+ years of experience delivering change in a project or program environment

  • Experience supporting digital, automation, or AI‑enabled initiatives

  • Strong, practical familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI productivity tools preferred.

Work activities include a blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables. Individuals are expected to be onsite 4 days a week effective Nov 3, 2025. Colleagues may spend more or less days in office as required by the business line.
