Field Support & Deployment:
- Lead pilot and complex installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Support pilots, demos, and field deployments
- Diagnose hardware, wiring, and software issues
- Provide technical support remotely and on-site
- Support repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
- Support customer training and onboarding
System Configuration & Product Support:
- Define and maintain standardized system configurations and part numbering for custom builds
- Translate customer requirements into practical system designs and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Ensure alignment between quoted systems, deployed solutions, and internal configurations
- Work with suppliers to align on components, options, and product revisions
- Provide feedback on product performance to support ongoing improvement
- 1-3 years in a field-based technical role
- Experience in mining, heavy equipment, or industrial environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and basic software systems
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Willingness to travel and work on-site
Nice to Have:
- Experience with system configurations, BOMs, or ERP systems
- Exposure to camera systems, sensors, or safety technologies
