Position Overview
Our Client’s commitment to Customer Service is what sets them apart. The team is committed to doing what's right for the customer, not just what’s right for the business. They value practical support, clear communication, and treating people like people.

Reporting to the Technical Director, the Senior Product Support Engineer is responsible for managing new business opportunities, responding to inbound inquiries, and ensuring customers are matched with the right solution. Acting as a technical liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, this role supports product selection, troubleshooting, and project coordination through to successful delivery.

You’ll be a key point of contact for both new and existing customers—providing technical guidance, supporting issue resolution, and maintaining strong relationships through thoughtful follow-up. By pairing technical insight with timely communication, you’ll help convert opportunities, resolve challenges, and build long-term customer trust.

Provide technical support related to product application and system use, maintain continuity with key accounts, and contribute to long-term relationship success.
  1. Business Development and Marketing:
Support company growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with OEMs and resellers, and contributing to marketing or outreach activities.
  2. Administration:
  • Internal Coordination and Project Support
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate information sharing, smooth handoffs, and effective coordination on custom or complex orders.
  • Documentation and System Use
Use company systems to track interactions, quotations, and tasks; contribute to internal resources that improve sales or service delivery.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical product support. Sales aptitude and awareness, with exposure to the sales cycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly. Strong listening skills and the ability to engage in technical discussions.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
