Job Title: Process Improvement Analyst (Lean Six Sigma)
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Duration: 6 months

Join our dynamic team as we strive to optimize processes and drive efficiency across our organization. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in process improvement and product application life cycle development.
- Proficiency in process mapping and mining software (e.g., ARIS, Visio), and data analysis tools (e.g., SPC, Minitab, Excel).
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build consensus.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)
- LSS Black Belt, Green Belt, or Lean Certification.
- Familiarity with AGILE, Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies.
- Experience in project management, including setting timelines and mitigating risks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)
- Evaluate end-to-end current state processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.
- Capture business requirements and create new process workflows.
- Collect and analyze data to measure process capability and performance.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and identify issues.
- Lead or contribute to process improvement projects, managing timelines and stakeholder communication.
- Identify potential risks associated with process changes and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying up to date on best practices and industry trends.
