About the Opportunity

As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving occupancy growth, strengthening sales performance, and bringing consistency and momentum to our regional sales efforts. You’ll partner with General Managers, Lifestyle Consultants, and leadership teams to align strategy, share insights, and help turn plans into results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution—someone who’s comfortable working with data, collaborating across teams, and continuously looking for ways to improve how we sell, support, and grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead regional sales planning and support the execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
  • Analyze sales performance and key metrics, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Support annual planning, forecasting, and ongoing performance tracking, including occupancy, leads, and tours
  • Partner with the Director of Sales and leadership teams to set goals and monitor progress against targets
  • Manage and track sales-related budgets, including campaign spend and contingency planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for new products, services, and growth initiatives
  • Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape, including market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
  • Lead competitive reviews and contribute to regional and organizational sales strategy
  • Prepare regular occupancy and performance reports, including regional and property-level insights
  • Work within CRM systems (e.g., Yardi), identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and reporting
  • Support, coach, and develop Lifestyle Consultants, including training and ongoing guidance
  • Coordinate regional outreach initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and open houses
  • Help drive community engagement efforts that support sales outcomes and look for ways to enhance sales processes, standards, and collaboration

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing or in a similar role; industry experience and event planning considered an asset.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM software (specifically Yardi CRM) considered an asset.
  • Experience in retirement/senior living is an asset;
  • Proven organizational and project management skills
  • Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Ability to travel to visit various campus locations
