Job descriptionLead quality assurance and control processes across the manufacturing site Maintain and improve IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 certifications Oversee internal and external audits, customer quality concerns, and compliance requirements Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain Manage a team of quality professionals, providing leadership and mentorship 5+ years of experience in quality management within automotive manufacturing Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC Experience leading customer audits and handling supplier quality issues Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred
