Job Summary
This role manages and grows territory sales, current accounts, and identifies new accounts. It requires knowledge of customer relationships, including resin needs, end uses, credit, logistics, inventory, and the MHC value proposition. The position primarily serves customers in eastern Canada, working from a home office in Mississauga or Toronto.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned accounts and ensure profitable growth
- Coordinate internal support for accounts
- Develop a pipeline of prospective customers
- Provide forecasting for budgeting and planning
- Support quoting with complete customer requirements
- Collaborate on pricing decisions
- Negotiate to maximize margins
- Build strategic relationships with Client Experience Professionals
- Support corporate development activities
- Represent the company at trade events
- Maintain positive supplier relationships
- Participate in training and development
- Mentor team members and new Account Managers
