The Senior Manager, Performance and Growth Marketing for Pursuit will report to the Sr. Director, Growth and Digital Experience. This position leads the development, execution and optimization of Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing and engagement programs. The Senior Manager leads a team focused on performance marketing (paid marketing), lifecycle marketing (email), development and maintenance of performance marketing reporting.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lifecycle & Demand Generation

  • Strategic oversight of agency relationships that support our growth, ensuring accountability to results and bringing their expertise and scale to drive performance.
  • Owner of Pursuit lifecycle marketing program and demand generation platform, overseeing strategy development through final implementation and performance reporting.
  • Leverage data to develop insights and strategies to support revenue optimization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the Revenue Team, including, but not limited to, Brand, Content, Platform and UX, RevMax, and individual business stakeholders during all stages of lifecycle and demand generation plan development.
  • Plan, strategize and optimize the Paid Media and Lifecycle Marketing budget and any budgets associated with the core proficiencies of the Performance and Growth team.
  • Define the roadmap to using first-party data usage to drive growth, leveraging our segmentation and audience insights to ensure our messaging and channels are relevant and effective.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current events, trends, and changes within the digital space.

Management & Leadership

  • Responsible for developing and presenting the vision for demand generation and lifecycle marketing programs at all levels of the business - from junior employees to executive-level stakeholders in an international context.
  • Leadership of 3 agency partners (Paid media, advertising creative and lifecycle marketing).
  • Responsible for coaching and professional development of Performance and Growth Marketing team.
  • Responsible for a team of 3 full time employees
  • Responsible for ongoing team strategic planning and annual road map.
  • Oversee hiring and retention of team members.

REQUIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 6+ years' experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation and analytics
  • Experience in the hospitality industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience building strategic relationships and leading agency partners.
  • Strong experience using essential MS Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, PPT, Word, Teams required.
  • Advanced understanding of Google marketing suite, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio.
  • Expert experience in first-party and third party data analysis through a Customer Data Platform.
  • Ability to generate strategic insights and recommendations based on the analysis of data.
  • Must have the ability to plan, organize and execute work details on time and on budget
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong "can-do," attitude with willingness to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems and exercise good judgment.
  • Strong commitment to building positive working relationships.
  • Willingness to work with a geographically dispersed team in a seasonal environment.
