Oracle e-Business Suite Techno Functional Consultant

Contract to Hire Opportunity in Vancouver Downtown

Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle e-Business Suite Techno Functional Consultant for a contract to hire opportunity at our client's office in downtown Vancouver. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining RICE objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions). This role requires a strong blend of technical development skills and functional knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain RICE objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.
  • Build integrations and interfaces across various systems and modules.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Financial modules.
  • Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new functionalities and system enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity and perform data analysis as required.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience with Oracle e-Business Suite, specifically with Financial modules such as Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
  • Strong technical development expertise in SQL, PL / SQL, and understanding of underlying database tables.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
  • Experience with building and maintaining RICE objects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
