Job description
We don’t just manage a site; we maintain the heartbeat of a high-intensity industrial powerhouse. We are looking for a relentless professional to anchor our frontline, ensuring our yard and shop remain "battle-ready" and precision-tuned for every mission.

Your Impact
Orchestrate Site Logistics: Mastermind the organization of the yard and shop, staging heavy assets and materials to ensure peak operational flow.

Execute Heavy-Duty Operations: Manually maneuver inventory and equipment exceeding 50 lbs with consistency and safety.

Maintain Operational Readiness: Adapt rapidly to outdoor elements and variable weather to keep the site clean, organized, and functional.

Champion Zero-Incident Safety: Serve as the proactive "eyes and ears" of the floor, identifying hazards and upholding rigorous safety protocols.

Drive Continuity: Power through demanding 12-hour shifts with the stamina and focus required to maintain high-output performance from start to finish.

Who You Are
Industry Veteran: You bring proven experience in a "shop hand" or "yard hand" capacity within heavy industrial environments.

Endurance Specialist: You are conditioned for the physical grit of manual labor and have a successful track record of managing 12-hour shifts.

Precision-Focused: You treat every piece of equipment with the care of a craftsman, refusing to settle for "good enough."

Weather-Resilient: You thrive in rugged environments and remain undeterred by the challenges of working both indoors and outdoors.

Mission-Driven: You are a disciplined professional who prioritizes punctuality, protocol, and the collective safety of your crew.

Advantages
Pay: Starting at $18-20/hr

Temp-to-Perm opportunity — potential for long-term employment and growth.

On-the-job training provided.

Opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a mechanical and industrial environment.

Supportive team and safe working conditions.

Responsibilities
Operational Support: Execute demanding manual tasks, including the frequent lifting and maneuvering of equipment and materials exceeding 50 lbs.

Site Management: Maintain operational readiness in challenging, high-impact industrial environments (outdoor, variable weather, and high-debris settings).

Safety Leadership: Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and contribute to a culture of zero-incident workplace standards.

Workflow Continuity: Commit to extended shifts and high-performance output during peak operational cycles.

Qualifications
Physical Capability: Demonstrated ability to perform rigorous physical labor over 10–12 hour shifts.

Technical Literacy: Proficient in the use of industrial hand tools, power equipment, and basic machinery.

Professional Reliability: A proven track record of punctual, consistent performance in demanding roles.

Adaptive Mindset: The ability to maintain focus and quality of work in unconditioned or harsh environments.
