Our Edmonton client is seeking a dedicated Systems Analyst for a long-term contract engagement within their Mobile Apps team. Responsibilities
• Maintain and support core custom mobile applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of operational support including problem tickets and service requests.
• Design and implement SharePoint solutions to meet specific tactical business requirements.
• Diagnose complex application issues across the code base and web server environments.
• Perform end to end troubleshooting across the frontend, API, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Analyze application logs and telemetry data using App Insights to identify root causes.
• Apply minor code fixes and validate deployments through established CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related System Technology diploma.
• At least 5 years of professional experience managing web application operations.
• Technical proficiency debugging C# and .NET Framework applications in a production setting.
• Hands on experience with Azure services including App Services, Azure SQL, and DevOps.
• Background in API testing and troubleshooting using tools like Swagger and Postman.
