As the company continues to expand across Ontario, they are looking for experienced Territory Sales Managers to join their growing sales team.This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building business, developing customer relationships, and taking ownership of a territory. You will be responsible for growing existing dealer accounts, developing new business, and working closely with an Outbound Sales Representative and inside sales support to grow your assigned territory.We are hiring for Territory Sales Manager opportunities across Ontario:

• North: Vaughan through Newmarket, Barrie, Simcoe, and surrounding areas

The successful candidate will be assigned to one of these territories based on their experience, location, and existing customer relationships. The Role:

• Take ownership of the assigned territory and develop strong, long-term relationships with dealers and contractors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building target lists, conducting outbound calls, scheduling customer visits, and closing new accounts.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular contact, reorder development, category expansion, and dealer program enrollment.
• Develop new dealer accounts and support customers through their initial orders.
• Work closely with the territory's Outbound Sales Representative to develop target accounts, coordinate joint visits, and review the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer activity, sales opportunities, and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Plan and manage field activity and customer visits throughout the assigned territory.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue across product categories.
• Participate in regular pipeline reviews and sales meetings with leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors, dealers, and other industry partners.

What You’ll Bring

• Must have 2–5 years of B2B field sales experience with a proven record of opening and developing new accounts.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building products, or a related industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow existing customer accounts.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with high outbound activity and regular travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong organization and CRM skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Existing dealer or contractor relationships within the assigned territory are a strong asset.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Must have a valid Ontario driver's license.
• French or Mandarin is an asset, particularly for candidates supporting the Eastern Ontario/Ottawa market.
