As a Leadership & Online Business Growth Coach, you will develop your own online business using established systems, digital platforms and structured training. You will also coach and mentor others as they progress through their personal development and business-building journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with people who have requested information
  
• Conducting brief telephone or Zoom conversations

• Following up with enquiries by phone, email and online platforms
  
• Coaching and mentoring individuals in personal development and online business-building
  
• Using approved digital marketing methods to generate new enquiries
  
• Participating in regular online training and leadership development
  
• Managing your own schedule, daily activities and business goals
  
• Supporting and developing others as your business grows
  
• Following established systems and processes
  

We operate within the global personal development and leadership education sector, providing online programs and live events to clients in more than 100 countries.

Our programs support individuals in areas including mindset, confidence, leadership, goal setting and personal effectiveness.

This opportunity can be operated remotely using a laptop, phone and reliable internet connection. It can also be started part-time around existing work, family or other commitments.

There is no fixed salary or hourly wage. Income is performance-based and determined by individual activity and results.

This is not a passive or fully automated opportunity. It requires consistent participation, client communication, personal responsibility and a willingness to develop new skills.
