  • Negotiate contracts and oversee the sales process from opportunity identification through project award
  • Stay informed on industry trends, upcoming construction projects, and market opportunities
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of proven sales or business development experience within the construction, millwork, or related industries
  • Custom millwork experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction projects and millwork applications
  • Existing contacts and relationships within the hospitality, construction, architectural, design, or development communities are considered a strong asset

  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits
What's In It For You?
  • Competitive base salary plus attractive commission structure
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits
  • Permanent, full-time opportunity
  • Join a growing and respected organization within the custom millwork industry
  • Opportunity to build and expand a strong client portfolio
  • Autonomy to manage and grow your territory
  • Supportive team environment with long-term career growth potential
