What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- A minimum of one (1) year recent experience (in the last five years) in a food and beverage related position in a quality establishment
- Serving It Right and Food Safe certificates
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a busy environment
- A team player with proven success in relationship building
- A commitment to provide excellent service and exceeding expectations
- Completely fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Professional and impeccable grooming and presentation
- Barista knowledge would be an asset
Additional Information
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Occasional standing and walking
- Occasional bending and kneeling
- Occasional carrying and lifting up to 20lbs
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
