Wildstone Construction is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Accounting Team in our Penticton this role youll support our Accounts Payable function by making sure vendor invoices are recorded and processed accurately.
Your day-to-day tasks :
- Enter code and verify a high volume of invoices for accuracy and proper approval
- Communicate clearly with Project Managers Site Teams and Vendors
- Assist in managing the AP inbox and answering AP-related phone calls
- Assist with credit card entries and credit card statement reconciliations
- Perform data entry for various accounting functions
- Provide backup relief for reception phone during absences or vacations as needed
