What You'll Do

As an IT Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional IT professionals with some of North America's leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Source top-tier IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media, databases, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Present qualified candidates to Account Managers with detailed interview summaries and recommendations.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Perform reference checks and assist with offer negotiations when required.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within our recruitment database/ATS.
  • Stay informed on current technology trends, hiring trends, and market conditions within the IT industry.
  • Represent High Cliff Partners professionally while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience recruiting within the IT industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for SAP or other ERP technologies is considered a significant asset but is not required.
  • Recruiters with experience placing software developers, cloud professionals, infrastructure specialists, cybersecurity professionals, ERP consultants, or other technology talent are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous IT recruitment experience is highly preferred; experience recruiting within the ERP and/or SAP marketplace is considered a strong asset.
  • Proven success in a recruitment, staffing, sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed performance targets.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and active listening skills.
  • Professional, confident, and resilient with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams); experience with LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and any other Professional Social media is considered an asset.
