Little KINlings Daycare Centre is seeking applications for an energetic, enthusiastic, creative, self-motivated Early Childhood Educator with Infant / Toddler certification  for our nature-based Infant / Toddler program. The successful candidate will train with our ECE I / T Manager, organizing and implementing a dynamic nature-based daycare program that encourages a holistic view of child development.

Responsibilities :

• Alongside manager plan and implement dynamic programming.
• Ensure the safety of all children
• Assume overall responsibility for program tools, toys, and equipment, to include safety, use, and maintenance.
• Plan, prepare, and co-create seasonal activities and projects utilizing natural materials.
• Attend staff meetings and parent meetings as needed.
• Communicate with parents effectively, in person, or through the Lillio Daycare App.
• Be physically capable of performing teaching duties with enthusiasm regardless of the weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat).
• Support the benefits of risk taking, movement, and physical development in the early years.

We have resident goats, horses, rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs, lots of sunshine and great times exploring and connecting these kids to eachother, the environment and themselves!
