Production Administrative Assistant to join our Production Department on a
full-time fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave coverage. The successful candidate will begin in
August 2026, allowing for training and a smooth transition before the current team member commences maternity leave in September. The contract is expected to continue for approximately

This role is critical to ensuring the right vehicles are available at the right time while supporting our customers and internal departments with efficient administrative coordination.Key Responsibilities
- Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
- Monitor vehicle availability and assist with fleet optimization.
- Analyze scheduling information to maintain accurate reservation and fleet records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, templates, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide professional customer service to production clients and internal teams.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications
- Grade 12 Diploma (or equivalent).

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in administration, scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or customer service is considered an asset.
Compensation
