The Undergraduate Admissions unit is dedicated to an inclusive and accessible approach to admission, involving the processing and evaluation of student applications according to current admission standards and best practices globally. About the Role
The Analyst, Technology Management is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of business process and technology solutions to ensure the on-going provision of technical support for Student Recruitment and Admissions (SRA). Working closely with the supervisor, the Analyst is primarily responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, and verifying business objectives processes and functions for software development and/or integration to optimize the use of technology to improve Student Recruitment and Admissions effectiveness, efficiencies and economies. As a member of Student Recruitment and Admissions, the role also executes recruiting services at a variety of educational, community, and professional settings domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and five years of related experience in areas such as resource or client management applications, preferably in the higher education or public sector, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

- Excellent functional, technical/systems, policy, and process knowledge related to Student Recruitment and Admissions systems (Salesforce, PeopleSoft, OnBase, Tableau)
