Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Senior Azure APIM / AIS Consultant. As a Senior Azure APIM / AIS Consultant, you will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications : Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta / BC, Vancouver or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with API gateways and management platforms (Azure APIM & AIS, IBM API Connect)
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms
• Familiarity with microservices, architecture and containerization
• Experience in API architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end API design, including mapping specifications, data transformation, error handling and logging
• Experience in providing integration solutions with Azure integration stack – Azure APIM, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus
• Good understanding and knowledge of implementing various security protocols - OAuth2, Basic Auth, Certificate-based authentication, HTTPS, TLS encryption
• Strong background in enterprise integration strategies and SOA
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks
• Excellent understanding of security protocols, performance optimization, and system scalability
• Ability to lead and guide technical teams in delivering complex integration solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Salary Range : Ontario : $89,004 to $115,491, BC : $81,575 to $116,670
