Role Overview:We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to support the lease-up of Solero, an exciting new purpose-built rental development in Surrey.Solero is a thoughtfully designed rental community offering modern homes, exceptional amenities, and a connected lifestyle. Learn more about the community at Leasing Specialist will guide prospective residents through the full leasing process, from the initial inquiry and property tour through application screening and lease signing. We are looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented professional who can build strong relationships, communicate with confidence, and deliver an exceptional leasing experience.Lease with precision. Build positive relationships with prospective residents while representing Pacific Cove Properties in a professional manner. Work collaboratively within the leasing team to achieve occupancy objectives. Ensure leasing offices, display suites, and marketing materials are presented to a high standard. Adhere to company policies, internal screening procedures, and the Residential Tenancy Act. Required Skillsets:Availability to work evenings and weekends.Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive first impressions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, administrative, and time management abilities.Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience considered an asset).Professional, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.Physically fit to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs when necessary.Knowledge of residential leasing or the Residential Tenancy Act is considered an assetEducation and Experience:Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, sales, administration, or a related field is considered an asset.Relevant post-secondary education, professional training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Successful candidates will be considered for opportunities within the leasing team based on their experience, qualifications, and demonstrated strengths.
