Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for an opportunity in Stratford, ON .
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order processing, warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and logistics. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
  • Location: Stratford, ON
  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Job type: Temporary with Permanent possibility| Full-time

Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Administration

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Enter and update orders in inventory and order management systems.
  • Reconcile orders, shipping documents, and inventory records.
  • Maintain accurate order, billing, and shipping records.
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies.

Picking, Packing & Shipping

  • Pick and prepare orders using pick lists and shipping instructions.
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
  • Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Build and stretch-wrap skids for transportation.
  • Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and carrier documentation.
  • Coordinate shipments and stage orders for pickup.

Warehouse & Inventory Support

  • Assist with inventory counts and stock verification.
  • Support shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, distribution, or logistics
  • Experience with order entry, inventory systems, or warehouse management software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using computers for order processing and inventory updates
  • Ability to read shipping documents, packing slips, and product information
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
