JIT Leadership: Execute production planning in a pull-based environment, coordinating Kanban systems and line-side supermarket replenishment.

Delivery Discipline: Monitor daily production performance and OEE to ensure zero disruptions to customer delivery requirements.

Risk Mitigation: Identify and resolve potential material shortages or capacity constraints, implementing immediate countermeasures and recovery plans.

Inventory Optimization: Analyze production data to improve inventory turns, reduce lead times, and eliminate waste.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing and Production teams to support launch readiness and ramp-ups for new automotive programs.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10 years of production control or planning experience within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive environment.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Plex ERP (highly preferred) and high-level Excel data analysis.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of Lean Manufacturing, JIT, Kanban, and EDI release processing.
