Regional Controller- FFUN Group

As part of that growth plan were looking to add a Regional Controller who works closely with our Group Controller and VP of Finance to manage our ongoing expansion. What youll be doing :

• Oversee a wide range of accounting and administrative functions supporting and guiding the accounting and admin team
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with dealership staff across multiple locations
• Lead financial review meetings delivering expert insights on key financial metrics
• Support the budgeting process in partnership with General Managers and the Group Controller
• Review payroll and ensure accurate reconciliation of CRA accounts
• Prepare and review year-end documentation for external auditors
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer financial statement requirements
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reporting providing actionable insights
• Sign off on dealership-issued cheques and ensure all taxes licensing insurance and regulatory payments are accurate and up to date
