Job description

What you’ll do:

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases, with a focus on farm, acreage, and agricultural needs
  • Stock, face, and organize merchandise in the store, warehouse, and yard
  • Receive, handle, and store inventory appropriately
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards throughout the facility
  • Support daily operational duties as assigned
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

Who you are:

  • You have strong customer service and communication skills
  • You are farm-oriented and knowledgeable about agricultural, farm, or acreage environments
  • You understand the needs of farmers, acreage owners, and rural customers
  • You are dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • You are comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting heavy merchandise
  • You are committed to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized environment
  • You are willing to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous retail, warehouse, agricultural, or farm-related experience is considered a strong asset
  • Forklift experience or certification is considered an asset
