  • Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, pursuit strategies, client presentations, and interview teams.
  • Coordinate with contractors, regulatory agencies, and project partners to ensure compliance with applicable standards, permits, and project requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to grow AECOM's conveyance and civil infrastructure practice through client engagement, strategic partnerships, and talent development.
  • Experience working with contractors during design development, constructability reviews, and construction planning.
  • Experience delivering projects under traditional and collaborative contracting models, including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Construction Management, Construction Manager at Risk, Early Contractor Involvement, or similar delivery models.
  • Familiarity with trenchless construction, shaft design, utility coordination, and underground infrastructure interfaces.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, or other project controls tools.
  • Support procurement, contract administration, Requests for Information, technical clarifications, and change management activities.
  • Coordinate design submissions, technical reviews, action registers, decision logs, and project controls documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Construction, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience managing complex infrastructure projects, with significant experience in major municipal conveyance infrastructure.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years or Project Management experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering large, technically complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and contract administration.
