Infrastructure Crew Lead Edmonton
Infrastructure Crew Lead Edmonton, Alberta
Tridon Infrastructure is currently seeking an Experienced Crew Leader for work based in Edmonton, Alberta and surrounding communities.
Job Summary :
As a Crew Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the work force, safety documentation and job preparation. You will be the main point of contact for the customer on site, resolving any concerns and building strong customer relationships. You will ensure that all work is completed safely, to the highest standards, and that customers needs are met. As the Crew Lead you will be responsible to train, coach, and mentor the technicians on proper work practices, proper techniques and ensure that safe work practices are followed all times.
Required Work Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a cabling infrastructure setting
- Prior experience operating trench excavating equipment and pulling machines
- Minimum 5 years of experience reading and interpret telecommunication drawings and specifications, setting pedestals, conduit identification, work planning
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a crew supervisory capacity
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct customer facing role
