Summary

We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a 1-year fixed term. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment, automation, security, and operational management of enterprise blockchain infrastructure and cloud-native platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring platform reliability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence while supporting mission-critical blockchain environments.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain blockchain infrastructure and supporting cloud environments.
  • Manage blockchain nodes, validators, networking, and platform configurations.
  • Design and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and similar tools.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting capabilities.
  • Manage secrets, certificates, and security controls.
  • Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Develop operational runbooks, support procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and security teams to improve platform reliability and performance.
  • Participate in infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:

  • 5+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
  • Expertise in Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code platforms.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong Linux administration and systems engineering experience.
  • Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of enterprise blockchain infrastructure and node operations.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.
  • Strong networking and security fundamentals.
  • Experience managing secrets, certificates, and enterprise security controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting, automation, and operational support capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.


It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

  • Experience operating Hyperledger Besu, Quorum, or Ethereum nodes.
  • Experience with blockchain validator management and consensus protocols.
  • Knowledge of digital asset custody and key management solutions.
  • Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management platforms.
  • Exposure to blockchain security frameworks and controls.
  • Experience supporting highly regulated enterprise environments.
  • Certifications in cloud technologies, Kubernetes, or DevOps practices.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
