Job description

Logistics Coordinator

Location : Vancouver

The Logistics Coordinator, will support international shipments between suppliers and our clients distribution centers.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate all shipments from manufacturing facilities to distribution centers'
Manage logistics for ocean freight shipments inbound
Coordinate with broker for customs clearance
Communicate with internal stakeholders on factors impacting shipments and delays
Support data entry to ERP system
Utilize AI tools to identify cost savings opportunities
Other duties as required

Requirements :

3+ years’ experience logistics, distribution, import / export, knowledge of Inco-terms and HTS Classification Codes

Post Secondary in Supply Chain or Operations an asset

Detail oriented with the ability to fulfill responsibilities with minimal

supervision

Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment

Strong systems knowledge - Excel and ERP

Base Salary Range : $55,000-$60,000
