Job description
Are you a detail oriented individual who takes pride in the quality of their work? Do you envision yourself working for a major Apparel Company?

If you answered yes and are looking for your next challenge, then you have come to the right place to find it. This role is for the search for a perfect fit for Licensing Coordinator with strong capabilities of working with Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets. The Sales team is looking for someone with passion for data with a detail oriented personality. This person will be successful in the role, if they have abilities to perform data entry tasks in a multi tasking fast paced environment and self driven attitude.

Responsibilities
As a Licensing Coordinator, your responsibilities are but not limited to

- Analyze the products in tech pack and submit through the portal for licensing approvals
- Partner with Licensing Specialist to submit artwork with correct UPI codes
- Update the tracker/log spreadsheet with updates, review requests, resubmit requests and approvals
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss growth plan and progress reports
- Communicate with internal licensing team and stakeholders for any concerns
- Work with multiple portals and spreadsheets for submissions on licensing requests

Qualifications
As a Licensing Coordinator, you must have;

- A high school diploma or 1-3 years of experience working in data entry specialization field
- Ability to work with volume requests for submissions
- High level of detail orientation with various orders
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and practice on Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask in a time sensitive fast paced environment
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple complex projects/tasks with sensitive deadlines
- Good communication skills and self driven attitude
