Job descriptionStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and writing skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to conduct research and extract relevant information. An understanding of user intent and user experience. A recent degree or certificate in Marketing or Communications from post-secondary program. Strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management, team members, and outside partners. Comfortable with technology and digital tools. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will :
- Identify, research, and review competitors in our marketplace.
- Deliver well-organized, well-researched assessments of the strengths and weaknesses of potential competitors.
- Assist with social media and e-mail campaign execution.
- Assist with relevant copywriting and content creation.
- Lead generation and follow-up.
- Assist with planning and creating SPLICE marketing strategies.
- Utilize tools and new technologies to drive KPIs.
- Complete marketing documentation and administrative tasks as needed.
