Laughing Stock Vineyards is dedicated to crafting exceptional wines and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We’re looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused individuals to join our tasting room team!

Responsibilities include:

- Warmly greet and welcome guests to the tasting room

- Conduct engaging, informative wine tastings (guided flights, seated tastings, or walk-in pours)

- Share knowledgeable information about our wines, winemaking process, vineyard practices, and winery story

- Provide excellent customer service and create memorable guest experiences

- Accurately process sales transactions (cash, credit, wine club sign-ups, merchandise)

- Recommend wines and assist guests with purchases and wine club enrollment

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting room and outdoor spaces

- Restock tasting supplies, glassware, and retail displays

- Assist with light event setup and support during special events and weekends when needed

What you’ll bring

- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience (wine knowledge is a plus but not required—we will train the right person!)

- Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people

- Comfortable speaking in front of small groups and telling engaging stories

- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 40 lbs (cases of wine)

- Available to work weekends, some holidays, and occasional evenings (peak season flexibility is important)

- 19+ years of age (required for serving alcohol)

Compensation: starting at $20/hr
