  • Own the operation end-to-end, including receiving, inventory flow, fulfillment, and outbound shipping
  • Drive performance, using data and insights to improve productivity, accuracy, and service levels
  • Optimize flow, collaborating with Inventory teams on carrier scheduling, dock planning, and space utilization
  • Continuously improve, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs

  • Deep knowledge of inbound, outbound, and inventory management
  • Experience with WMS, RF tools, automation, and workforce systems
  • A proven track record of building, developing, and retaining strong teams
  • A passion for continuous improvement and Lean practices
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
  • The ability to manage competing priorities with clarity and focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power BI is an asset)
  • Solid understanding of WorkSafeBC regulations
  • Experience in e-commerce or high-volume distribution environments

Bonus points

  • Post-secondary education in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • APICS or other supply chain certifications
  • Lean / Six Sigma designation
  • Project management training or certification

Why Trail Appliances?

  • People-first culture—we invest in your growth and success
  • Stable, family-owned Canadian company with a strong reputation
  • Meaningful impact—your work directly shapes the customer experience
  • Collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged and actioned
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
