What You Will Do :
As a Territory Manager you will focus on developing customer relationships to enhance loyalty and drive growth. You will achieve assigned quotas by adopting a consultative approach to hospital sales marketing clinical demonstrations and related activities for all hospital products and programs. These include LIFEPAK monitor / defibrillators automated external defibrillators (AEDs) LUCAS Chest Compression Systems LIFENET System HeartSine AEDs ProCare Services and Flex Financial Services .
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through prospecting new clients and managing existing customer relationships.
- Engage with hospital staff and decision-makers including private and municipal ambulance services fire departments police volunteer hospital services and other market customers to improve patient outcomes and increase market share.
- Utilize tools to analyze sales within the territory and develop strategies to close business and maximize growth.
- Prepare forecasts for yearly quarterly and monthly business.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent post-sale customer service including communication and management of delivery dates in-service training and coordination of product repairs.
- Maintain compliant customer records including quarterly market share updates.
- Actively participate in national regional and local trade shows.
