Position Overview

Boccaccio Ristorante is seeking an experienced and professional Part-Time Server to join our team.

This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a consistent and elevated dining experience. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of Italian cuisine and can confidently guide guests through the menu while maintaining efficiency during service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, professional, and knowledgeable table service
Present menu items with confidence, including Italian dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods
Take accurate orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Ensure proper timing and flow of service
Support team members during busy service periods
Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
Uphold the standards and reputation of Boccaccio Ristorante

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 2+ years serving experience in a restaurant environment
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Smart Serve certification required
Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
