Job description
We are seeking a highly organized, administrative professional to join our client, a leader in the Canadian trucking and logistics industry, at their Calgary/Rocky View County location. This is a crucial contract role responsible for coordinating essential vehicle repair and maintenance requests to minimize fleet downtime.

NON-NEGOTIABLE: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH STRONG ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS WILL BE CONTACTED. Experience with fleet maintenance software (like Transman) is a huge asset.

Role: Service Coordinator
Location: Calgary/Rocky View County AB
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Start date: ASAP
Hourly Salary: 25$
2+ months initial contract with possibility of extension

Location & Accessibility
The facility is located at High Plains Drive in Rocky View County, a major industrial and logistics area immediately outside of Calgary. This location offers easy access to major transport routes and on-site parking for convenience.

Qualifications
Experience : 1-2 years of relevant administrative or service-related experience is required.
Technical Skills: Strong computer skills are mandatory, specifically experience handling PO creation and receiving.
Software Asset:Prior knowledge of fleet maintenance software (Transman) or similar Order Management Software is a significant asset.
Key Competencies : Demonstrated ability in Expediting, Order Tracking, and Work Order Scheduling within a service or operations environment.
Work Style : Highly organized, solutions-focused, detail-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism in a business casual environment.
