MTC Campus Worship Coordinator

Position DescriptionWe are a church community located in SE Calgary. Our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus! We are adding to our team and are looking for a P / T Worship Coordinator (12-15hrs / week) for our new Site / Campus. McKenzie Towne is a highly populated area in the SE corner of Calgary. We love our community. MTC is located in a visible spot within McKenzie Towne. You can walk to coffee shops and local restaurants from our church's doorstep. Our church is primarily made up of people from the immediate surrounding area, which means most people live within a reasonable distance from the church. This site will be at MTC for the foreseeable future and will occur Sunday evenings.Your Role :  You will be helping to recruit and develop the necessary worship teams (in collaboration with our worship pastor) as we launch a new site in September .You can get a taste of our worship vibe by checking us out on YouTube or Facebook.Responsibilities : Organizing and leading worship services at the site / campusPreparing, planning, directing, nurturing, and overseeing all aspects, administratively, technically, and creatively, of our worship and technical arts at the siteWorship in partnership with our worship pastor under the direction of the site pastor.For a season launching and recruiting, etc. in partnership with the site pastor.
