Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Transportation Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client a transportation company in Scarborough, ON.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. If you're organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a busy operations environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client emails and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Work closely with the dispatch team to support smooth order processing.
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
  • Enter client information and order details into internal systems with accuracy.
  • Manage client communication and coordinate customer-related requests.
  • Support daily logistics and administrative operations.
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of administrative experience within the transportation or logistics industry is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of emails and phone calls.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a proactive, "go-getter" mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
