Job description

Cleantech is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to support our Concierge division.

You will work directly with our Concierge Manager to support multiple residential properties throughout Metro Vancouver.

This is not a traditional desk job. Every day is different—you may be training staff, conducting building inspections, preparing reports, solving operational challenges, or stepping in to support a site when coverage is needed.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a reliable professional with strong computer skills, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Proactive, organized, and self-driven
  • Comfortable leading and guiding team members while ensuring rules and standards are followed
  • Confident in resolving operational issues with minimal supervision
  • Strong attendance consistency and commitment to scheduled shifts

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Customer Service, Operations Management, Hospitality, Property Services, Business Administration or Communications.

What You'll Do

Team Support & Training

  • Train new Concierge team members.
  • Coach employees on company procedures, customer service standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to support teams and ensure service quality.

Scheduling & Coverage Coordination

  • Assist with coordinating shift coverage and operational staffing needs.
  • Provide Concierge relief coverage when operationally required.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly reports and performance tracking documents.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and logs.
  • Support the Concierge Manager with administrative and operational projects.

Client & Team Relations

  • Build positive working relationships with council and team members.
  • Escalate significant operational or personnel concerns to the Concierge Manager as required.
  • Represent Cleantech with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel between multiple work locations

Flexible availability and occasional overtime when required

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, operations, property management, facilities management, or team leadership.
  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality, Communications, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Experience preparing reports, coordinating schedules, or managing projects.
  • Concierge experience is considered an asset.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time
  • Wednesday to Sunday
  • Day Shift
  • Start Date: ASAP

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000 annually
  • Monthly vehicle allowance in accordance with CRA guidelines
  • Extended health benefits
  • Paid training and development opportunities
  • Opportunities for advancement within a growing company

Work Locations

This position supports multiple residential properties throughout Metro Vancouver, primarily in: Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, White Rock.
