Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Delta, BC. This role is a hybrid of physical warehouse operations and system management. You will be responsible for the end-to-end flow of goods—from receiving to shipping—while utilizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure data accuracy, proper labeling, and inventory control. Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management :
• Inbound & Outbound : Manage the receiving of shipments and the dispatching of orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Order Fulfillment : Perform picking, packing, and sorting of goods according to customer orders.
• Inventory Control : Organize stock on shelves, conduct physical inspections, and ensure the warehouse floor remains tidy and safe.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages or discrepancies.
• WMS System & Data Administration :
• System Operation : Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) daily to process orders and track inventory levels.
• Data Processing : Manage accurate entry of warehouse data, ensuring physical stock matches system records.
• Labeling : Generate and apply shipping labels, barcodes, and inventory tags accurately.
• Reporting : Monitor inventory discrepancies and assist in reconciling warehouse data.
